Woodland Volunteer Days
A day for families to pull on your boots, grab a coat and get outside and take part in some woodland activities together.
Join the Woodland Team, near Taunton for some outdoor activities in our woods, getting closer to nature.
We will be checking our resident dormouse boxes with an expert and clearing out bird boxes.
Have a go with some woodland tools as we clear some of the rhododendrons to help the habitats in the wood.
Hot drinks and cake will be provided for all volunteers.
Bring your packed lunch and a water bottle.
Warm and waterproof clothes required and stout footwear or Wellington boots.
Bring your own lunch and water bottle, hot drinks and homemade cake will be provided for all volunteers helping out in the woods with some woodland management tasks.
